Course Description:

Receive 36 PMP hours and excellent training toward success on the PMP Certification Exam!  

This program is designed for project managers, team leaders and executives who want to advance their career as project management professionals. Updated materials used in this course will be provided upon new edition releases. Course dates will be announced closer to October 2020. This is a PMP (or CAPM) Exam Preparation Course.

Topics covered include: 

• Project characteristics 

• Organizational structures and the project manager's role 

• Key project management skills 

• Project management knowledge areas and process groups 

• Project phases and life cycles 

 

Students will learn about the project charter, scope statement, project management plan, and project schedules. Additionally, they will understand the methods for estimating activity durations, project costs, and potential project risks. Team development and contract management techniques are also covered in detail.
