Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Exam Prep (36 hours)  


Classes will be held: April 5 - May 13, 2021

Monday & Thursday, 6:00 pm-9:00 pm, Online (6 weeks)

Access to online course: April 5 - May 15, 2021

Classes will be held on Monday and Thursday for approximately six (6) weeks. Due to COVID-19 Guidelines on NWACC Campus, In-person instruction may be moved to virtual, on-line format with your instructor(s).

Course Description:

• Organizational structures and the project manager's role 

• Key project management skills 

• Project management knowledge areas and process groups 

• Project phases and life cycles 


 Students will learn about the project charter, scope statement, project management plan, and project schedules. Additionally, they will understand the methods for estimating activity durations, project costs, and potential project risks. Team development and contract management techniques are also covered in detail.
